Mercedes Castro plays one of the main characters in this co-production, produced by Frida on the Galician side and The Match Factory on the German side; directed by Cristina Diz and Stefan Butzmühlen.

After 57,000 spectators and 90 performances at the Teatro del Soho Caixabank in Malaga, GYPSY will open at the Nuevo Teatro Apolo in Madrid on February 7 where Marina Albaiceta will continue playing Dolores, being part of the ensemble and ready to play Louise, if necessary ;).

The film directed by Alberto Gracia won the Alquimias award in the Seminci  Alfonso Míguez is the main character.
